A Hollandale man has been arrested for at least his 5th offense of driving drunk. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department reports a deputy pulled over 54-year-old Lloyd Blackford Jr. about 4 p.m. Friday. Following an investigation, Blackford was arrested on charges including operating while under the influence (5th or 6th offense), tampering with or failing to install an ignition inter-lock device, and operating after revocation. He was taken to the Iowa County Jail and booked on his charges.
