A Darlington teen was cited on Saturday for operating an off-highway motorcycle (OHM) without the required safety certificate following a traffic stop on East Louisa Street. The 14 year old male was also issued written warnings for operating an Off Highway Motocycle on a state highway, operating an Off Highway Motorcycle without proof of registration, and local route violations.
