The Lancaster Common Council has approved a revised contract with an area business that runs the city’s theater. Reports show the city will continue a partnership with State Theaters to operate Grantland Theater. The council voted in favor of a 3-year contract at its meeting last month. State Theaters will pay the city $6-thousand dollars a year thru March 31, 2025. The new deal also dropped a $500-dollar equipment repair fund requirement that State Theaters had asked to have removed.
