Lafayette County Arrest

Lafayette County authorities arrested a Verona woman Saturday night for drunk driving. According to a sheriff’s report, a deputy responded to a traffic complaint along Highway 151 near Mineral Point. Following an investigation, 59-year-old Rachel Stampfli was arrested for her 2nd-offense of operating while intoxicated. Stampfli was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where she was booked on her charges and remains in custody. Mineral Point Police assisted at the scene.
