Argyle Man Gets Arrested on 6th OWI Offense

A man from Argyle was arrested on his 6th offense of operating while intoxicated. At around 1:30 am Sunday, deputies with the Green County Sheriff’s department responded to the intersection of Highway 81 and Trotter Road in Adams Township for a report of a vehicle in a ditch. Following an investigation, 60 year old Phillip Tackett of Argyle was arrested for his 6th OWI offense and was taken to the Green County Jail.
