Dubuque woman cited following Gratiot accident

At 7:45 AM yesterday a Lafayette County deputy responded to County Highway W, in Gratiot for a one vehicle accident. 38-year-old D’Andra A. Burgess of Dubuque was traveling on County Highway W when she lost control of her vehicle, entered the ditch and struck a power pole. Burgess reported no injuries. Burgess’s vehicle received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Burgess was cited for No Insurance.
