Southwest Health recieves Human Experience Guardian of Excellence award

Southwest Health announced they have been named a Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the country’s top hospitals and health systems, according to performance in patient, physician, and employee experience. Southwest Health has received two awards from Press Ganey, including: Guardian of Excellence for Patient Experience and Guardian of Excellence for Physician Experience – Hospital. The Guardian of Excellence Award for Inpatient care awards the top 5% of hospitals for inpatient experience scores for four consecutive quarters. This accreditation marks Southwest Health’s fifth consecutive year of receiving the Guardian Excellence award for inpatient Patient Experience.  As a winner of the Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award, Southwest Health is in the top 5% for both inpatient experience scores and employee engagement.
