Barn fire in Montfort township

On Thursday just before 12:30 PM The Iowa County Communications Center received a request for mutual aid from Grant County for a barn fire near the intersection of Townline Road and Annaton Road in the Township of Montfort. Due to the size of the structure involved mutual aid was requested. Cobb First Responders, Cobb Fire Department, Highland EMS, Highland Fire Department, Rewey Fire Department, Ridgeway Fire Department, Montfort EMS, and Linden Fire and First Responders all responded to the scene. The scene has been cleared, and all units have returned to their respective stations.
