Platteville man arrested for drug paraphernalia in Dodgeville

On Wednesday at 12:30 PM Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 23 near County Road B in the Township of Dodgeville. K9 Fenix was deployed and indicated a positive alert on the vehicle. 49-year-old Paul Joseph Key Jr. of Platteville, was arrested on charges of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, Possess Drug Paraphernalia, and Bail Jumping. In addition to the charges, Key had a warrant for his arrest and is also being held on a Probation Violation. Key was transported to the Iowa County Jail where he currently remains.
