A City of Dodgeville Police Officer initiated a traffic stop on West Walnut Street in Dodgeville and was assisted by an Iowa County Deputy early Tuesday morning around 12:30am. There were two arrests that were made as a result of this stop. 34 year old Jessey Lisney of Windsor was arrested for Operating While Revoked. Lisney was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked and later released after posting bond. 38 year old Corey Girton of Dodgeville was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a warrant through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Girton was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked and remains in custody.
