Hazel Green woman arrested for OWI with a minor passenger

A woman from Hazel Green was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle Saturday evening after crashing. Authorities responded shortly before 9 PM to Buncombe RD in Benton Township for a one vehicle accident. 36-year-old Paige M. Bulman of Hazel Green was traveling on Buncombe RD when she lost control of her vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a utility pole. Bulman and her juvenile passenger reported no injuries. Her vehicle received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Bulman was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a Passenger under the age of 16. Bulman was transported to Lafayette County Jail where she was booked on her charge and later released to a responsible party. Bulman was also cited for Operating Without a Valid License and Failure to Report an Accident.
