Cassville Couple return to court in April

A husband and wife from Cassville facing a combined total of 29 charges are scheduled to return to court in mid-April.  76 year old Janet J. Udelhoven and 73 year old Paul A. Udelhoven will return to Grant County Circuit Court for a status conference April 15th.  They are accused of theft by false representation involving $219,000 from 23 victims.  Janet and Paul Udelhoven both posted a $1000 signature bond.  Some of the conditions set by the court includes not to use any social media. Not to use/access email. Not to use/access or possess electronic devices capable of accessing social media or the internet, including devices at the public library.
