Early Friday morning, the Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a single vehicle accident near County Road G and County Road E in Mifflin. Subsequent to an investigation, 19-year-old Jesus A.L. Jasper of Dyersville, IA was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence. Jasper was transported to the Iowa County Jail and booked on the charge.
