Iowa County Sheriffs assist Richland County Sheriffs

On Thursday just after 10 PM, Iowa County Communication Center received a request from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office to check the Village of Avoca for subjects they were attempting to contact regarding a case in Richland County. An Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy came across the individuals and took them into custody for Richland County. As a result 47-year-old Kathryn Bonkamp of Muscoda and 53-year-old Arthur Linsenbigler of Bloomington were arrested and transferred to Richland County Sheriff’s Deputies.
