Platteville Woman Arrested for 3rd Offense OWI

A woman from Platteville was arrested for her (3) Third Offense Drunk Driving after a one vehicle accident.  The Grant County Sheriff’s Department was notified of the accident about 2:30 pm Monday Afternoon.  39-year-old Shannon Bell was traveling East on Airport Road when she drove into a tree.  Bell was transported to Southwest Health Center for a legal blood draw and then taken to the Grant County Jail. Shannon Bell was also charged with (2) two counts of disorderly conduct and obstruction. Assisting at the scene was the Dickeyville Police Department, Dickeyville EMS, Dickeyville Fire Department and the Platteville Police along with Donnie’s Tire and Auto.
