Platteville Resident Receives Statewide Award

A Platteville Main Street volunteer recently received a statewide award for her volunteer efforts. Dana Priebusch received the Best Volunteer Recruitment/Recognition/Activity award in the 33rd Annual Wisconsin Main Street Awards, hosted by Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. An online announcement states that Priebusch dedicates over 50 volunteer hours annually to Platteville Main Street. Her “innovative approach” to volunteerism has included utilizing a vacant storefront to advertise upcoming Main Street events.
