Barn fire in Sinbad on Sunday

On Sunday at 3:13 PM The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a barn fire near Sinbad Road and Union Valley Road in the Township of Linden. Cobb First Responders, Dodgeville EMS, and the Dodgeville Fire Department were immediately dispatched, with Dodgeville Fire providing automatic aid. Due to the size of the structure mutual aid was requested. Alliant Energy, Ridgway Fire, Montfort Fire, Livingston Fire, Mineral Point Fire, Rewey Fire, Stitzer Fire, and Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies responded. The fire was extinguished, and all units returned to their stations.
