Her mother found her lifeless in bed yesterday at her New York City residence, with the cause of death likely related to a liver transplant she underwent just a few months ago. Best known for roles in shows like Gossip Girl and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Trachtenberg began her career in commercials as a child and went on to star in man major projects like Harriet The Spy, Eurotrip, Inspector Gadget, and 17 Again.
