Mineral Point woman arrested, wanted on reckless homicide warrant

Saturday evening an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Highway 151 near mile marker 36 in Mineral Point. The vehicle led the deputy on a pursuit, which ended on County A near the intersection with Highway 151 when the vehicle pulled over.  The operator, 30-year-old Tiffany A Chandler  was arrested for Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Failure to Obey a Traffic Officer, Operating After Revocation, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. During the traffic stop, deputies found Chandler had multiple active felony warrants, including a felony warrant for first-degree reckless homicide in Grant County. She also had a felony warrant for probation violations through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
