Southwest Health hosting Pre-Teen Mental Health Support Group

 This summer, Southwest Health will host a Pre-Teen Mental Health Support Group designed for students in grades 5–8. The program will provide a supportive environment where participants can build coping skills, better understand their emotions, and connect with peers through guided discussions and interactive activities; all led by licensed mental health professionals. The free weekly sessions will take place from 6:00–7:00 PM at Southwest Health on July 29, August 5, August 19, and August 26.
