Mount Horeb man pleads guilty to child pornography

A Mount Horeb man pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge Wednesday, while nine other charges were dismissed. Online court records show 62-year-old Bruce Frisch will serve three years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of child pornography possession. The sentence is followed by three years of extended supervision. The charges against Frisch were filed on June 30, 2025, after a Mount Horeb detective got a cybertip from the Department of Justice. Authorities reported finding child pornography uploaded to an online messaging app from Frisch’s phone.
