Organizers of the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival say the event has been postponed, and instead will run June 17 thru 21. This year marks the 9th annual film fest, which had been scheduled for late April. The postponement is due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Julien Dubuque International Film Fest Executive Director Susan Gorrell says the events board is monitoring the situation and will take steps as directed by state health officials.
