Sunday around 4:30 AM Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Highway 14 near County Road CC in Arena. As a result, 42-year-old Nichole D. Lawinger of Plain was arrested and charged with Operating While Revoked, ignition interlock device Tampering/Fail to Install/Violate Court Order, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and misdemeanor Bail Jumping. Lawinger was booked at the Iowa County Jail where she was later released.
