A 37-year-old Grant County man is facing charges following a traffic stop in Fennimore. Authorities have charged 37-year-old Richard P. D. House of Fennimore with second offense drunk driving and resisting an officer. During the arrest, House fell to the ground hitting his head. He was taken to an area hospital and medically cleared after a CT scan. He then submitted to a blood draw.
