Officer Suffers Minor Injury Making Arrest

Police in Dubuque arrested 31-year-old Austin Blume of Dubuque around 9:45 p.m. Sunday at his residence on charges of second offense operating while intoxicated, child endangerment and interference with official acts causing injury. Reports that a Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department deputy also suffered a minor injury when Blume was taken into custody.
