Fatal Potosi Accident

A man from Potosi, 93-year-old Wilbert E. Post sustained fatal injuries following a one vehicle accident.  The Grant County Sheriff’s Department was notified about 2:30 pm Tuesday of the accident on County B East of West Road.  Wilbert Post was traveling on County B when his vehicle left the roadway and rolled over several times.  Post was trapped in the vehicle.  He was taken to the Lancaster Airport and Med-Flighted to Madison.  Authorities were notified Post did not survive the crash.  Assisting at the scene was the Potosi Rescue Squad, Fire Department, Grant County Emergency Management and Arrow Towing.
