A Wisconsin man has been arrested for his 12th OWI. The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested 58-year-old Jon Miner in the City of Kaukauna Saturday after conducting a traffic stop for speeding on Highway 41. According to the criminal complaint, Miner had an open bottle of vodka on the front passenger seat and told the state trooper he was “pretty drunk” and admitted he was drinking the vodka while driving. Miner, who is from Tomah, Wisconsin, had 11 other prior OWI convictions dating back to 1997.
