The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department reports one person is dead following an accident Saturday Afternoon. Authorities were notified about 2 pm of a one vehicle crash on State Road 80/133 in Pulaski Township. Lone Rock Fire and Lone Rock EMS assisted the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department. The sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the fatality has not been available.
