NICC announces 2026 Business Summit

Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) Business and Community Solutions will host the 2026 Business Summit, “The Cost of Culture,” on Wednesday, May 20. The event will take place from 9 am – 11 am at the NICC Peosta Campus. This year’s summit features keynote speaker Nora Burns who will share insights on bridging the gap between titled leadership and the employees who drive daily operations. Participants will explore how to eliminate “Us vs. Them” silos, reduce employee turnover and align organizational values from the boardroom to the breakroom. Early bird registration is available through April 1 for $129. After this date, the regular registration fee is $169.
