Two sex offenders moving into Lancaster community

The Lancaster Chief of Police is providing details of two sex offenders who recently moved into Lancaster. 39-year-old Edward Monroe moved into a residence on W Elmst St February 24. In 2004 he was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child.  On March 15, 35-year-old Adam Harris moved into a residence on S Madison St. Harris was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child and exposing a child to harmful material in 2023. Both are listed on the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry for life.
