The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program utility moratorium will be ending soon. Customers who are behind on their bills from the winter months may have their service shut off beginning April 9th and are encouraged to reach out to their local utilities if they’re struggling with paying their bill. There are many programs that customers can leverage for help staying connected.
