A Crawford County man 35-year-old Matthew T. Behrens of Soldiers Grove has been arrested for Second Offense Drunk Driving. Fennimore Police observed a vehicle with expired registration and determined the driver had a canceled driver’s license. Behrens was also charged with Second Offense Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration, Driving without a Valid License, Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle along with Possession of Marijuana.
