The Dubuque County Humane Society has been selected as a Mightycat Partner with Orphan Kitten Club! Orphan Kitten Club operates the world’s first and only grant program dedicated exclusively to funding the care and protection of neonatal kittens and provides grants to partners across the country. Through this partnership, the Humane Society is eligible to receive funding, resources, and mentorship support for neonatal kittens.
