One arrested for drugs following Iowa County traffic stop

Monday morning the Iowa County Communications Center received a traffic complaint of a vehicle traveling on Highway 18 from State Road 80. An Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Survey Road in Dodgeville. Subsequent to an investigation, the operator, 41-year-old Jolene R Klarer was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Operating While Under the Influence, first offense. Klarer was transported to the Iowa County Jail and booked on the charges.
