One arrested for child sexual assault in Iowa County

Tuesday morning the Iowa County Sherrif’s Office assisted the Highland Police Department during the course of the arrest of 40-year-old James C Morgan at a residence in the 900 block of Main Street in Highland. Morgan was arrested on a criminal charge of First Degree Child Sexual Assault. Morgan was transported to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked on the charge.
