No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident around 5pm Wednesday in Shullsburg. According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department, 24 year old Griffen Heinberg of Shullsburg was traveling west on Country Club Road when he failed to stop at a stop sign causing him to strike a vehicle driven by 24 year old Tasha Kelly of Darlington, who was traveling northbound on County Highway U. Heinberg’s vehicle and Kelly’s vehicle both had severe damage and were both towed from the scene. The Darlington Fire Department and Green County EMS-Darlington assisted at the scene. Heinberg was cited for Failure to Yield Right Away from Stop Sign.
