No Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Crash

A two vehicle crash was reported by the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department Tuesday shortly after 9:15pm. A deputy from the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to HIghway 23 in Willow Springs Township. 26 year old Casey Lobdell of Darlington was travelling on Highway 23 when a vehicle driven by 38 year old Ricardo Garcia-Villar of Darlington pulled out in front of him striking the side of Lobdell’s truck. Lobdell’s vehicle had moderate damage and was driven from the scene. Garcia-Villar’s vehicle had disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Garcia-Villar was cited for Failure to Yield. No injuries were reported.
