Dubuque Man Wins Lottery Prize

A Dubuque man won a $186,000 lottery prize with a ticket purchased at a local convenience store. Randall Sigman won a $186,137 jackpot in Iowa Lottery’s Super 7s Progressive InstaPlay game and claimed his prize this week at the lottery’s Cedar Rapids office. Sigman purchased the winning ticket at the Kwik Stop on Gateway Drive. Jackpots for the Super 7s game begin at $50,000 and increase with each ticket sold in Iowa until the prize is won.
