Of the many attending will also include three-time master cheese maker, Gary Grossen from Juda. Preliminary judging will continue Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and will be open to public viewing. Come Thursday, the Championship Cheese will be announced at 2:00 P.M.
