Police said a Dubuque man sustained possible injuries in a crash this week. 91-year-old Donald Duggan of Dubuque, reported pain after the crash but declined medical transport, according to a crash report. The crash happened at about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Stafford Street and Rhomberg Avenue. The report states that Duggan was traveling south on Rhomberg Avenue when 29-year-old Hannah Dalton of Dubuque, ran a stop sign while traveling east on Stafford Street, causing Duggan to strike her vehicle. Dalton was cited with failure to yield upon making a left turn.
