An Illinois farmer, mental health counselor and nationally recognized speaker will discuss work-life balance and stress management at a free event in Jo Daviess County. Adrienne DeSutter, of Galesburg, is the founder of Sow Hope Grow Hope. She will present “Mocktails & Mental Health” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at Midwest Medical Center, according to an online announcement.
