Wisconsin’s licensed cherry growers are invited to submit their votes through June 15, to elect one new member to the five-member Wisconsin Cherry Board. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection did not receive any nominations by the March 27 deadline. Eligible growers are encouraged to write in the name of an affected cherry grower to serve on the board. The elected producer will serve a three-year term beginning July 1 and ending June 30, 2029.
