Cuba City woman arrested for 6th offense OWI

A Cuba City woman was arrested for 6th offense operating with a controlled substance Saturday evening in Mineral Point. Following a traffic complain, law enforcement stopped a vehicle operated by 58-year-old Joan M. Delaney of Cuba City who was arrested for Operating with Controlled Substance – 6th offense, Operating while Revoked, and Ignition Interlock Device violations. Delaney was transported to the Iowa County Jail where she was booked on the charges as well as a Department of Corrections hold due to Violation of Probation/Parole.
