The DRA, officials from the Q Casino, and members of the community braved the heat Tuesday for the ribbon cutting of the new Back Waters Amp. The new amphitheater, which can 8,000 people replaces the Back Water Stage, which was placed in the adjacent casino parking lot. Dubuque Mayor Brad Cavangh welcomed everyone to the ribbon cutting and thanked the community for their involvement in the project.
