A motorcyclist was arrested Friday evening on 3rd offense OWI after he was pulled over for speeding in Grant County. A traffic stop was initiated after a Grant County Deputy observed a motorcycle traveling 92mph in a 55mph zone, on highway 61, near Townhall road, in Marion. During the traffic stop, the Deputy determined the driver, 68-year-old Kurt Schultz, of Boscobel, to be under the influence of alcohol. Schultz was subsequently arrested for OWI 3rd offense and a probation hold, and transported to the Grant County Jail.
