Two juveniles injured in Grant County UTV rollover, one transported by med-flight

Two juveniles were injured Friday afternoon in a UTV rollover crash on Diamond Grove Road in Beetown Township. The juvenile male driver and juvenile female passenger were operating a UTV for agricultural purposes, on Diamond Grove Road. While going down a hill the UTV began to slide in the roadway and rolled one time ejecting the driver from the UTV. The passenger remained in the UTV. Neither the driver or passenger were wearing seat belts or protective gear. The driver was transported to Grant Regional Health Center by West Grant EMS, with life threatening injuries, and then flown by UW-Med Flight to a hospital in Madison. The female passenger was transported to Grant Regional Health Center by Cassville EMS with suspected injuries.
