Friday evening the Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a suspicious person at the Kwik Trip South. Subsequent to the investigation, 46-year-old Valerie J. Sepp of Madison, was arrested for Operating While under the Influence 2nd offense. Sepp was transported to the Iowa County Jail and booked on the charges.
