Sex offender moving into temporary living facility in Lancaster

A sex offender will be moving into a temporary living facility in Lancaster later this month. 41-year-old James Bloom will be residing in Lancaster and living in the 300 block of W. Elm  St in a temporary living placement house for approximately 60 days beginning August 25. Bloom was previously charged with battery in 2002, sex with a child under the age of 16 in 2004, and 1st degree sexual assault of a child in 2006.
