Bagley man arrested for 2nd offense OWI

One person was arrested in Elk Grove Township following a traffic complaint Sunday evening. 27-year-old Cristobal Hernandez Lopez of Bagley was arrested for Operating Without a Valid Driver’s License 2nd Offense and Resisting and Obstructing an Officer. Hernandez Lopez was transported and booked into Lafayette County Jail and remains in custody. Hernandez Lopez was also cited for Operating Left of Center, Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense, and Speeding.
