4th Offense OWI arrest at Dodgeville Kwik Trip

One person was arrested for 4th offense OWI following a traffic stop at a Kwik Trip. Early Thursday morning an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop at Kwik Trip North in Dodgeville. After the investigation, 43-year-old Jason R. Simmers of Linden was arrested for Operating While under the Influence 4th offense, Operating While Revoked, and Ignition Interlock Device Tampering or Failure to Install. Simmers was transported to the Iowa County Jail and booked on the charges.
